·       Design of alloy, composite, and plastic injection molded (PIM) parts, structures, and tooling

·       Solid modeling of parts, assemblies, machines, and instruments utilizing top down, assembly design principles and adhering to ANSI 14.5 & GDT

·       Mechanical testing, develop and execute validation and burn-in test procedures, mechanism analysis, and vehicle accident reconstruction

Ø    Establishing and maintaining client and vendor relationships

Ø    Recommendations for laboratory instruments, systems, and capital equipment
